Franciscan Villa

The Franciscan Villa is specifically built to house the retired Sisters of St Francis of The Neumann Communities in Syracuse, New York. There are 96 studio independent/assisted living units.

The project is 105,000 SF. The facility includes apart­ments, chapel, commercial kitchen, dining room, li­brary, music room, beauty salon, laundry facility, ad­ministrative offices, common areas and a two-story gathering area.

Construction is a slab on grade, wood-framed struc­ture with siding, shingled roof and masonry accents throughout.
