The Hearth at Juday Creek is a three-story assisted­living facility, with a one-story connector link to a one-story Alzheimer’s Care Unit. The facility is 114,000 square feet, housing 100 apartments in the three-story wing and 30 apart­ments in the Alzheimer’s Care wing. A well-appointed dining room serves three meals a day from the commercial kitchen located in the connector wing. A reception area, parlor, library, movie-theater, and a secure interior landscaped courtyard are common spaces.

The Alzheimer’s Care wing includes a common dining room and cafe, activity spaces and indi­vidual apartments for each resident. Construction consisted of site work, concrete foundation with a slab on grade, wood frame construction wi􀀭h exterior brick and vinyl siding. Interior work included drywall, extensive wood trim, cabinets and granite countertops and security doors and hardware.
