Interior demolition and renovation of a two story restaurant on the Ithaca Commons.

Kitchen Renovation
Work included a new epoxy floor, new walls with fiberglass reinforcement poly finish and a new oyster display and serving area.

New Oyster Room
New exterior façade and entrance, new tile flooring, new wainscoting wall finish and tray ceiling design, new painting and lighting

Main Floor Dining Room
New entry vestibule and stairway to the second floor. Elevated rosewood dining area with a decorative railing, high-top table seating in the main dining area. New marble top bar with mirrors extending to the second floor. Marble floor and decorative wall finish. New lighting fixtures.

Second Floor Dining Area
New wood floor, decorative rail around the opening to below, new decorative wall and ceiling trim. New lighting fixtures. New dumbwaiter for meal access to the second floor.
