Maynard Fahs, Jr. is the Chairman of Fahs Construction Group. Mr. Fahs has over 30 years of experience in development and construction in the upstate New York, the Mid-West and New England areas.
Mark Burritt
Chief Financial Officer
Mark Burritt is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Burritt is responsible for project finance, corporate accounting, the creation and monitoring of all financial controls, property and corporate budgeting and the internal review of all legal documents.
Richard Gangemi
Chief Executive Officer
Richard Gangemi is the Chief Executive Officer of Fahs Construction Group. He brings over 30 years of construction experience in heavy industrial, commercial and institutional construction projects throughout the Eastern United States. Mr. Gangemi has been involved with construction projects totaling over $1 BB. He is responsible for the direction of the company, including financial performance of all construction divisions, risk management, bonding and legal issues, management recruiting and training. Mr. Gangemi holds a Bachelor’s of science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and an MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
Carl Guy
President
Carl Guy is the President of Fahs Construction Group. He brings over 40 years of construction experience with a substantial amount of field experience in mechanical and heavy municipal general construction projects. He was instrumental in the formation of the Development Division 25 years ago. Mr. Guy has been involved in over $900 MM worth of municipal, heavy industrial and institutional construction projects. He has developed over 2,000 senior housing apartments and other private development projects in excess of $500 MM. Mr. Guy plays a pivotal role in Fahs Construction Group’s business development for future corporate growth. Mr. Guy has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Broome Community College.
