Putnam Group Parking Lot Reconstruction

This design/build project consisted of replacement of a 123,000 square foot parking lot. Fahs Construction Group milled the existing asphalt in place, then mixed liquid calcium chloride with the millings to produce a load bearing base. The lot then received a hot mix asphalt top course. This process resulted in a $55,000.00 savings for the customer.
