You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while supporting day-to-day administrative tasks in a professional, team-oriented environment.
Reception
- Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate person or office
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and forward calls
- Handle and direct general inquiries in person and by phone
Administrative Tasks
- Manage office correspondence, including mail, emails, and faxes
- Maintain office supplies and ensure they are stocked
- Prepare contracts, purchase orders, and payment applications
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
Other Potential Responsibilities
- Organize and manage office supplies
- Provide general administrative support to staff
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned
How Do You Know to Apply?
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe (Sage a plus)
- Familiar with general office procedures
- 2+ years administrative experience preferred
- Notary license a plus
