Fahs Construction served as General Contractor for the complete renovation and conversion of a former distribution warehouse into a clean, modern workplace for Green Mountain Electric Supply.
Scope of Work
- Interior build-out of new offices, conference space, locker rooms, break room, and copy room.
- Total square footage of 3,841
- Coordination of MEP, drywall, painting, ceilings, flooring, ceramic tile, storefront systems, doors & hardware
Challenges Overcome
- Modernizing infrastructure while maintaining industrial integrity.
- Workspace required leveling of existing concrete substrate (self-performed).
