Richard Gangemi
Chief Executive Officer
Richard Gangemi is the Chief Executive Officer of Fahs Construction Group. He brings over 30 years of construction experience in heavy industrial, commercial and institutional construction projects throughout the Eastern United States. Mr. Gangemi has been involved with construction projects totaling over $2 BB. He is responsible for the direction of the company, including financial performance of all construction divisions, risk management, bonding and legal issues, management recruiting and training. Mr. Gangemi holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and an MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
Helen Culver
Chief Financial Officer
Helen Culver serves as Chief Financial Officer of Fahs Construction Group, bringing more than 20 years of accounting experience, including 13 years within the construction industry. As CFO, Helen provides strategic oversight of the company’s accounting operations and leads all financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Her comprehensive understanding of construction accounting and project-based financial management supports informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
Helen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts.

Maynard Fahs, Jr. is the Chairman of Fahs Construction Group. Mr. Fahs has over 30 years of experience in development and construction in the upstate New York, the Mid-West and New England areas.
Steve Kucerak
Chief Operating Officer
Steve Kucerak is the Chief Operating Officer of Fahs Construction Group. He brings over 33 years of construction experience in heavy industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. Mr. Kucerak has been involved in projects totaling over $800 MM. He oversees all construction operations in the General Construction, Commercial Paving, Sitework, and Development Divisions. His responsibilities include monitoring the estimating and procurement departments, project cost reviews, and building relationships for future work. Mr. Kucerak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
