Interior Design and Amenities: The interiors were built for style and longevity, with ceramic tile flooring in the common areas and a mix of carpet and tile in the apartments. Each unit is equipped with energy-efficient ductless split units for heating and cooling, and a full sprinkler system for enhanced safety. The apartment kitchens were completed with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and quality appliances, adding to the high-end feel. Residents also have access to a fully-equipped fitness center, study rooms, and a spacious community room located in the basement, creating a well-rounded living experience.
Site Work and Landscape: The development includes a newly paved asphalt parking lot, complete with a secure entrance gate, curbing, sidewalks, and professional landscaping for a polished exterior appearance.
