GiGi’s Playhouse Achievement Center Renovation

Fahs Construction Group recently completed a 4,000-square-foot renovation for GiGi’s Playhouse of the Southern Tier at the Oakdale Commons. This project transformed two tenant spaces into a vibrant learning center tailored to the organization’s mission of supporting local families.

The new facility features a teaching kitchen, sensory rooms, learning labs, one-on-one spaces, a conference room, and a fitness area. By partnering with GiGi’s Playhouse during the design phase, Fahs ensured the space was both functional and highly visible to the community it serves.

This project, delivered on schedule in just six months, reflects Fahs’ dedication to creating impactful spaces for vital community organizations.
