The 7,500-square-foot Equal Rights Heritage Center in Auburn, NY, demonstrates our ability to deliver high-quality commercial interior and exterior renovations tailored to modern needs. Designed to blend functionality with aesthetic appeal, this project was completed on a fast-track 10-month schedule, creating a space that seamlessly integrates historical storytelling with cutting-edge design elements.
The interior boasts premium finishes, including elegant terrazzo flooring, board-form concrete, and sleek drywall, along with expansive steel windows that invite natural light and enhance the clean, modern atmosphere. Interactive features such as iPad stations, TV monitors, and curated displays were incorporated to elevate user engagement and functionality.
Externally, the building’s robust design is highlighted by a brick façade, glulam timber framing, and a standing seam metal roof. Surrounding site work emphasized community collaboration, featuring locally sourced pavers, curbing, sidewalks, and furnishings, ensuring the project harmonized with the local landscape.
This project reflects our commitment to delivering superior commercial renovation solutions for businesses across Binghamton, Syracuse, Ithaca, and beyond, offering spaces that inspire and endure.
