The facility features a six-level main building, including a basement designed for teaching and a mechanical penthouse, as well as a one-story standalone maintenance garage. Designed to support advanced education and research, the building houses classrooms, research laboratories, and administrative offices.

- Building Envelope: A high-performance exterior featuring brick, insulated metal panels, glazed curtain walls, aluminum windows and storefronts, and an EPDM roofing system.
- Interior Finishes: Premium interior craftsmanship, including level 5 drywall finishes, acoustical ceilings, wood and metal doors, hardwood flooring, paintwork, and custom millwork.
- Specialized Lab and Mechanical Systems: Installation of advanced laboratory casework, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems tailored to the building’s research and teaching requirements.
