Sitework: Grading, stormwater retention system, and paving.
Concrete: Foundations, stamped concrete, radiant-heated garage slabs with epoxy finish and trench drains.
Installations: Doors, hardware, fiberglass windows, entrance mats, and flagpole.
Finishes: Concrete sealer for durability.
Challenges & Solutions:
Built during the COVID-19 pandemic, Fahs overcame supply chain delays, labor shortages, and safety concerns by securing alternative suppliers, maintaining a safe work environment, and adapting timelines to stay on track.
