Phase 2 of the SUNY Geneseo Stadium project comprised of taking over a site that once contained buildings and parking lots. After removing the existing utilities and a large quantity of unsuitable soils the property was brought to the proper grades in preparation for the new buildings and playing fields.

New buildings included the North Building that consisted of bathrooms and concessions, the South Building that consisted of team rooms and a training room, Press Box 1 for the main playing field and Press Box 2 for the practice field. Some of the highlights of the project include Sports Field Lights, ornamental fencing around the fields, turf fields, bleachers and a Promenade between the two fields for pedestrians consisting of a combination of brick, colored concrete and landscaping to create an impressive, professional atmosphere.
