This is a 4 Story Brick Building with complete Renovation on all Floors to include a small Addition to include a passenger Elevator to travel all 4 Floors. This Renovation had major Structural changes that required mass temporary Structural Support while existing Masonry Walls were removed and New Structural Steel was installed to open the Center Concourse where the Three Wing Building joined in the center. All new Plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, & Sprinkler Systems were installed. Finishes included Ceramic, Luxury Vinyl Tile, Carpet and Deco Tile as well all new Vinyl Double Hung Low E Windows. Within this Dorm a complete 2 bedroom RA Apartment was built at the lower level to allow for a RA to live year round. Exterior improvements included new Asphalt Parking Lot, Concrete Sidewalks, Plantings, and Lawns.
