This project consists of a new 140,000 square foot Student Life Center. This facility will house gymnasiums, training rooms, pool, exercise and workout facilities, locker rooms, classrooms, offices, an elevated running track and a dining area.

Construction includes all earthwork, site demoli­tion and improvements, landscaping, site con­crete and utilities, paving, structural concrete, brick and unit masonry, composite stone panels, structural and miscellaneous metals, rough and finish carpentry, roofing, composite metal panels, door frames and hardware, curtain wall framing and glazing, metal storefronts, swimming pool, elevator, mechanical and electrical work. This project is pursuing LEED Gold Certification.
