    Asphalt Paving Project:


    Project Name: Putnam Group Parking Lot Reconstruction
    Location:  Kirkwood, NY
    Owner:  Putnam Group, Inc.
     
    Description: This design/build project consisted of replacement of a 123,000 square foot parking lot. Fahs Construction Group milled the existing asphalt in place, then mixed liquid calcium chloride with the millings to produce a load bearing base. The lot then received a hot mix asphalt top course. This process resulted in a $55,000.00 savings for the customer.

    Fahs Construction Group has worked annually with Putnam Group in Kirkwood and Pittston, PA for several years to maintain their large areas of pavement. This keeps year to year cost down and maintains a smooth paved surface. We provide them with Asphalt sealing and crackfilling services, as well as preventative maintenance and budgeting services.
