    Project Name: YWCA of Binghamton
    Location:  Binghamton, NY
    Owner:  YWCA of Binghamton
     
    Description: This General Construction Contract consist the renovation of approximately 52,000 square feet of existing structure. The work included selective demolition and renovation of ceilings, walls, floors, cabinetry, doors and finish hardware. Construction included the addition of new interior and exterior stair wells as well as exterior windows. Special considerations were required as the project is performed in phases to accommodate occupancy while under construction.
