    Project Name: Sycamore Village
    Location:  Fort Wayne, IN
    Owner:  Fortus Group, LLC
     
    Description: This project consisted of 114,000 square feet of construction. The building contained 101 efficiency rooms for assisted living for seniors in a three story building and care for 30 Alzheimer's patients in a one story building. There is a one story connecting link with a full service kitchen. The structure consisted of concrete foundation and wood frame construction with exterior brick and painted vinyl siding.
