    Project Name: Hampton Inn and Suites
    Location:  Poughkeepsie, NY
    Owner:  Friend Development Group
     
    Description: This project consisted of construction of a new five story, 129 Room, 87,400 square foot Hampton Inn. Work included sitework with extensive rock excavation and concrete foundations. The building envelope was structural steel and precast plank with an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS). The hotel housed two hydraulic elevators and an indoor pool.
