Our Management Team

Maynard Fahs, Jr.:

President and Chief Executive Officer of the Fahs Construction Group. Mr. Fahs has over 30 years of experience in development and construction in the upstate New York and New England areas. Mr. Fahs is responsible for the overall direction of the company.

Mark Burritt:

Chief Financial Officer of the Fahs Construction Group. Mr Burritt is responsible for project financing, corporate accounting, and budgeting, as well as the review of legal documents. From 1981 to 1985, Mr. Burritt was assistant controller for Murray Walter, Inc. He was involved in the development of several Section 8 housing projects throughout the Northeast. Mr. Burritt is a graduate of Campbell University.

James Gould:

Executive Vice President of the Fahs Construction Group. Mr. Gould is responsible for the procurement of subcontractors and vendors for the company. Mr. Gould spent 30 years working in the construction industry with Murray Walter, McFarland-Johnson Engineers, Louis Picciano Corp. and J.R. Gould & Associates. He has supervised over $1 billion worth of construction. He holds a B.S. in Construction Technology from Louisiana Tech University.

Richard Gangemi:

Chief Operating Officer for the Fahs Construction Group. Mr. Gangemi brings over 20 years of construction experience in heavy industrial, commercial and institutional construction projects throughout the Eastern United States. He has been involved with construction projects totaling over $400 million. Mr. Gangemi holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and an MBA from the Simon School at the University of Rochester.

Carl Guy:

Senior Vice President of the General Construction Division. Mr. Guy has been with Fahs Construction Group since 1989. Mr. Guy directs the design and construction of all new projects, as well as overseeing project bids and budgets. He has over 34 years of experience in the construction business and has directed multi-residential and commercial projects totaling over $500 million in value. Mr. Guy has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Broome Community College.

Dominick Cerretani:

Senior Vice President of the Heavy Highway Division. Mr. Cerretani has been with the company for over 15 years and is responsible for the bidding and negotiating of NY DOT and PENN DOT contracts as well as the day to day operations of the all road and bridge construction.

Karl Foster:

Senior Vice President of the Commercial Division. Mr. Foster has over 20 years of experience in commercial asphalt and sitework installations. He is responsible for bidding and negotiating all contracts for the commercial division.

H. David Collyer:

Vice President of the General Construction Division. Mr. Collyer has been with the company since 1987. He is responsible for managing all general construction projects and supervising all Project Superintendents and their crews. He has over 30 years in the construction industry. Mr. Collyer has a diverse background in all aspects of construction from residential to commercial to heavy highway. He has supervised more that 1 million square feet of wood framed construction worth over $300 million.

Kelly Wildoner:

Safety and Human Resource Director of the Fahs Construction Group. Mr. Wildoner has 20 years of extensive safety and leadership training experience, His day to day responsibilities include management of the Corporate Safety Program, risk management, recruitment, training and retention of all employees throughout the company. He is an OSHA Outreach Trainer, a member of the American Association of Safety Engineers, World Safety Organization, a Certified New York State Department of Labor Workplace Safety and Loss Prevention Consultant and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
