Maynard Fahs, Jr.:
Maynard Fahs, Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer of Fahs Construction Group. Mr. Fahs has over 30 years of experience in development and construction in the upstate New York and New England areas. He is responsible for the overall direction of the company.
Mark Burritt is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Burritt is responsible for project finance, corporate accounting, the creation and monitoring of all financial controls, property and corporate budgeting and the internal review of all legal documents.
Executive Vice President of the Fahs Construction Group. Mr. Gould is responsible for the procurement of subcontractors and vendors for the company. Mr. Gould spent 30 years working in the construction industry with Murray Walter, McFarland-Johnson Engineers, Louis Picciano Corp. and J.R. Gould & Associates. He has supervised over $1 billion worth of construction. He holds a B.S. in Construction Technology from Louisiana Tech University.
Richard Gangemi is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Fahs Construction Group. He brings over 25 years of construction experience in heavy industrial, commercial and institutional construction projects throughout the Eastern United States. Mr. Gangemi has been involved with construction projects totaling over $900 MM. He is responsible for the overall construction operation and direction of the company, including financial performance of all construction divisions, risk management, bonding, legal issues, management recruiting and training. Mr. Gangemi holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and an MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
Carl Guy is the President of Fahs Construction Group. He brings over 37 years of construction experience with a substantial amount of field experience in mechanical and heavy municipal general construction projects. He was instrumental is the formation of the Development Division 25 years ago. Mr. Guy has been involved in over $750 MM worth of municipal, heavy industrial and institutional construction projects. He has developed over 2,000 senior housing apartments and other private development projects in excess of $500 MM. Mr. Guy plays a pivotal role in Fahs Construction Group’s business development for future corporate growth. Mr. Guy has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Broome Community College.
John Dzury is a Vice President of Fahs Construction Group. He has over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance and banking and has been with Fahs Construction Group since 2009. Mr. Dzury is responsible for the oversight of our Accounting Department, from accounts payable and receivable to our monthly preparation of financial statements. Mr. Dzury holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Binghamton University.
Steve Kucerak is Senior Vice President of the General Construction. He joined Fahs Construction Group in 2004. Mr. Kucerak has over 20 years of construction and is responsible for General Construction management team. He has worked with numerous Owner entities including The Army Corps of Engineers, Federal Bureau of Prisons, OGS, DASNY, SUCF, multiple NYS Schools and various private agencies. Mr. Kucerak holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Kelly Wildoner is the Fahs Construction Group Safety Director. He has been with the company since 2004. Along with his 22 years of extensive safety and leadership training experience, Mr. Wildoner is a New York State Department of Labor certified Safety and Loss Prevention Consultant. His day to day responsibilities include management of the Corporate Safety Program, employee safety training, job site visits and development of all site specific safety manuals. He is an OSHA Outreach Trainer and a member of the American Association of Safety Engineers.
H. David Collyer:
Dave Collyer is Senior Vice President of Development. He has been with the company since 1987. He is responsible for managing all Fahs Construction Group’s privately owned construction projects. Mr. Collyer assures all Development Projects are performing within budget and on schedule. He has completed over $600 million of general construction projects.
Karl Foster is the Senior Vice President of the Commercial Division. Mr. Foster has over 22 years of experience in commercial asphalt and sitework installations. He is responsible for bidding on state contracts as well as negotiating commercial and private contracts.
